All orders require credit card payment at the time the order is placed except for on-farm pick ups. However, your credit card will not be charged until your order is packed because that's when we'll know the exact weight of the products you ordered. The order total at checkout is only an estimate. We do not offer COD payments - thank you for understanding.
We are committed to packing orders as accurately as possible but we politely ask that you check your order at pick up to ensure its accuracy. In the event the order is not accurate, we ask that you notify the delivery driver at the time of pick up.
If you decide to cancel your order, please do so before the order deadline. After the order deadline has passed, orders cannot be canceled so please be sure to arrive at your pick up location at the scheduled date and time.
Please set a reminder to avoid missing your order pick up. If you miss your order pick up then you will be required to pick it up on our farm. Due to inefficiencies, we have not developed a system to track/inventory missed orders and deliver them on the next pick up schedule. Our delivery vehicle has a tight schedule so please be on time.
Occasionally, we may need to substitute one cut for another due to variability in the animal's size. This applies to our 1/8, 1/4, 1/2, and whole beef bundles.
